SHIPPING

All Adorabelle Items are made on site, and are custom.

We make every effort to ship items within 3-5 business days

AFTER your order is placed.Items are shipped within the United

States only.Shipping costs are NOT included in the cost of the

product. Shipping is added at checkout.

 

If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you

as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information

is correct. During the holiday season, processing time can take

up to 8 days. If you are needing an expedited shipment it's

best to place your order and call us to inform us of your needs.

Adorabelle Pet typically uses USPS, but not limited to FedEx, UPS

and other shipping methods. When your order is shipped partially

or in full you will receive an email indicating it has shipped.

Adorabelle Pet is not responsible for incorrect addresses given,

refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control

over mail delivery once it leaves the boutique so please check

with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not

received it.

Items must be returned unused, and all return shipping is paid

by the buyer. Used, washed or damaged items cannot be

returned. You will receive a store credit upon receiving your

return, for the full purchase price (minus initial shipping

costs paid).

Please be sure to use the sizes given on the product's page

or call us directly before placing an order for questions

regarding sizing. Returns can be easily alleviated this way.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

FABRIC CARE

All Adorabelle products (collars, flowers and bows) can be

hand washed and air dried. Use a mild and gentle soap or

cleanser. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
